These are quick, one-time meals for lazy days. They all require almost zero cooking (outside of maybe your base rice or noodles) but are tasty and great for days where you just don’t have the time or don’t feel like cooking. Note: some of these are not zero-waste friendly (marked NZW) – though they could be if you’re feeling adventurous (like, if you want to make homemade veggie hotdogs, for example).
