The Beginner’s Guide to a Balcony Herb Garden (Part 2.A): Harvesting

So I almost killed my Basil plant…luckily Basil is a very hearty little thing, so it sprung back after two weeks of uncertainty. A Quick Post of Updates – Zero Waste Litter & Lots of Herbs!

I realize it’s been a month since my last post! I have 25 drafts in progress for posts I want to publish, but the business of life and of work, and the effort and research required to get some of my really good posts out has created quite a setback this past month.

Over the last two days, I’ve created a little balcony herb garden! Herbs are one of the more challenging things to make zero waste in your kitchen (though not my only zero waste challenge to date).
